From memory the sp dropped about 30 cents when the investigation was announced so theoretically it should recover by the same amount today. More to the point the investigation seems to have proven the problems to be more systemic than the issues that faced some of the larger financial institutions and hence their corresponding fines. This now has to be one of the most attractive 'dividend stocks' available on the market. Let's see what happens on opening.
