Thanks to the current board for bringing this information forward to shareholders. Not good news but I would rather have this information than be kept in the dark.
Nothing disclosed today has happened overnight.
IMO it is not only the light this information allows to assess the history of decisions made on joint ventures and contracts for China trade but also what appears a failure for timely response to issues, and failure to fully inform shareholders all of which reflects poorly on the previous management and board. All IMO.
The openness displayed by the new leadership gives me confidence to hold and see this business resuscitated. Depending on clarification of control and then clarity around capital management initiatives I may even increase my holding to average down the cost of shares held. GLTAH
