I don't follow? They need $250m which I believe would require a share price around 16-17c?

@TechSpec00 you are probably right however that the announcement does say this is financing specific to the merger transaction, so it should be into CRML.
Though would that necessarily exclude a $100m placement into EUR for the purposes of financing the Wolsfsberg project which is the basis of the merger?
I guess we find out Monday.
