It is clearly an advancement of the process - going by the announcement anyways. Hopefully that equates with the reality of the situation. Angry folks don't want to see that though. It's easier and far more satisfying to just chuck the toys out of the cot at it not being all done. Though obviously the BOD don't have (m)any runs on the board, so it's understandable.
An offer ....it's going to be well interesting to see what it is and who from. Shame they couldn't drop a hint like they did with the Morilla bidder really.
Similarly if the revolutionary group of retail holders (lets call them 'The People's Front of Firefinch'), and definitely not those bastards , 'The Firefinch People's Front' get an EGM going before that it will be interesting to see the vote result there too.
