    I don't know why you keep making these wrong assumptions. My finding of management inaction was equally minor before and after the 50c offer. And I wouldn't accept the 50c offer today either, because I'm convinced that a better one will come soon. Why? Because everyone knows that ESS is worth more than just 50c. Everyone knows that except the ESS management and you. But you will soon be taught otherwise. Just a little more patience.
