Aboriginies need to serve apprenticeships in picking up their own rubbish in their own communities in order to keep them in a reasonable clean and tidy condition. Until they achieve that simple goal they have no chance of advancing from where they find themselves currently. I have passed through numerous communities in WA and NT recently and could only describe them as being in unacceptable condition. The majority of residents in these communities do not have jobs but still cant bring themselves to pick up their own rubbish. What chance have they got?
