So what i am hearing is, we got to be smarter with our money when it comes to food, heating, cars, petrol, clothing, etc so that we might have a chance of buying our own tiny house/flat?
We Australians have become extreamly poor in just 10 years havnt we?
Remember when everyone who worked full time could afford to buy a house? remember when it took up less than half your wage? remember when average people had the wage power to pay the mortgage out on a average house in 6 years.
now the middle class have to scrimp and save and eat home brand food, just to afford a bottom end house which is a real 25 year mortgage. while the lower income earners are doomed to rent forever.
With no money left over for kids and entertainment and holidays?
and its never going to get better the bulls say, it will get worse in the long term?
how did we turn into such a poor country in just 10 years?
