When I say that I preferred your version I mean the one that you posted, not necessarily the one that you own. I prefer this version to some others put up in conjunction with Genesis because it implies that humans preexisted Adam and Eve. Scripture never says Adam was the first man, men have said this. Scriptures never says he was the first man.....only the first man of a new race. I would like to know where in Genesis it stated that Adam was the first man of a new race. When Cain killed Abel and in punishment was driven out from the face of the earth (Another mistranslation, did he jump into his rocket ship and take off) Land. According to Genesis 4 15 But the Lord said to him, “Not so[e]; anyone who kills Cain will suffer vengeance seven times over.” Then the Lord put a mark on Cain so that no one who found him would kill him. 16 So Cain went out from the Lord’s presence and lived in the land of Nod,[f] east of Eden.
