If someone commits crimes serious enough to end up in jail twice and doesn't learn their lesson and commits a 3rd serious crime, they've proven beyond any doubt they don't belong in civilised society. I'm not sure how you're equating that to Hitler but that's generally just the lefty way of arguing when you don't have an argument
