    legalising drugs doesn't mean that you make them compulsory

    you could make heroin legal and free and I wouldn't even consider tying it.

    Nor marijuana - which I have tried and have no desire to have again - if it were free and legal.

    I've got zero chance of having problems being damaged from taking heroin - but, if I flew into the good old USA- I'd run a clear risk of being killed as an innocent bystander by some kind of drug trading shootout
