Hello Diligent, You think that the miners have many lackies to complain for the billionaires; just wait and see the number of Bank lackies come out of the woodwork if a Fed tax is imposed on big banks to insure risk of another GFC!
The banks copped corporate welfare in the form of Federal deposit & loan guarantees from the taxpayer. Have they thanked the taxpayer?
If we are all becoming liberals in the sense of 'user pays" then let the Banks pay for their insurance. They cant maintain capitalism with one hand and plea communism with the other! We're not that Chinese yet.
