And commissioning was 90% complete six months ago. ORE completed the full commissioning process for Olaroz Stage 1 in under six months, but AGY can’t even knock over the remaining 10% at Rincon in the same timeframe? Something’s not right….
My assessment is that AGY are struggling to finalise commissioning. They’re using fresh descriptors with each update to appease the masses, but the numbers tell the story. Watch this continue to drag out….
