prof...even assuming that australia's largest customer(by a country mile) for stuff we dig up, continues buying at the same rate it does today, it will be hundreds of years from now before we run dry...
and, if that "stuff" belongs to everyone, then why doesn't the government, on their behalf, shoulder the risks or finding and developing it?
this tax is a money grab, pure and simple, by a govt. desperate for revenue to cover spending promises it's already made
even blind freddy can see that....glad to see the coalition say they will put an end to it today...now the australian people and our biggest employer have a real choice at the next election
