Micheal don't blame me for house prices the Market decides its value. We are talking about direction of the market in opinions only. If mr market decides Bankstown is worth that much it is worth that much, if it decides its worth less its worth less or more depending on what the market says. HC has no effect on house prices no matter if you think they are expensive and I think they are Cheap it does not matter. So reseach other countries and compare because it means nothing as they are 2 different markets 15000km away. Will you be moving to toronto to buy a cheaper house I doubt it.
