Clearly, you are implying that there are two forms of debt and the underlying assumption appears to be that there is one form of creditor that banks do not have to pay back.
And you are also implying that there is an endless source of funds to banks even with an ageing population. I suggest that you get a hold of the Fitch report on the threat to downgrade Japan but as a summary here is a summary of Standard and Poor's assessment
