    So, we get DVP to progress the project rather than Timmy - well, that's a huge WIN.
    But we only get 1 DVP for around half a dozen of our ESS one's - That's displeasing.

    Timmy should've tried to negotiate a 1:10, but then again...this is Timmy we're talking about here :/
