This was what I had in mind. Trying to patent an electronic device without a working prototype that can be shown to work 'as described' in the text and diagram has to be a very optimistic application these days. It comes down to more than the logic flow of a verbal description when things actually move, especially at nano sizes, ultrasonic speeds, and with associated current, voltage, and field strength changes.

My cold fusion generator works really well on that basis, as does my gravity negator that I will power with it. Clearly, I just need to get it made in China. There are lots of little factories that are eager to do it for me.
