IMO, hypothetically a joint SPP and institutional bookbuild may occur at the same price with the record date for retailers being after any announcement. It's all conjecture atm and I doubt a raising will happen before final full year results are published. Ineviteably. IMO it may happen in 10/11 unless a bull market takes hold. The question mark is the price at which it will be. I dont see any advantages for insitutions to buy at higher prices than today. Bounce trade at 3.3 and under in the very short term is possible IMO. 3.4 looks okay too but being greedy and holding off as the current price is below VWAP and vol. is is still quite high. NB.
