    I believe you are correct, that all of the so- called “Special Special “ information won’t have been patented.
    It is also important to note that all the patents applied for and received by EM relate only to manufacturing processes.
    EM’s patents do not pose a risk to the working of the chip- that is all held with AKP, either by patents or in secret within a very small group in AKP…
