regardless of what corporate battles he's fighting or anticipating he has a legal obligation to keep the market fully informed. If he was aware of delays to receiving critical components a fortnight ago when the company made 2 announcements in the space of 3 days about progress on Walerying, then he should have included an update on the likely practical completion time of the installation and commencement of commissioning, and not let it slide out of view leaving us with the impression that completion was still due by the end of June.
