anyone with TTTR should get a (probably electronic) booklet tomorrow allowing to convert TTTR into ordinary shares at an execution price of 0.01 per share
but you only have from the 4th July - 13th July to execute them or the TTTRs will go to the underwriter (gleneagle capital) and they will exercise them.
I think I also saw there might be a secondary offering if all the TTTRs don't get filled the first time before it goes to gleneagle?
definitely go re-read the announcement but that's the jist of it
