I do like this article and thanks for sharing.

Essentially if we do find a similar market to the Au.
The questions I pose is this....

    1) What is the medium house prices of Canada and the respective cities? I know Toronto was mentioned and then compare these....

    2) What are the respective average salaries for both Countries?

    3) Last but not least, need to compare the average income to average house prices...

It would be interesting to note that they believe 'may' think they are in a bubble, but the numbers may be less than the AU.

Now, while not completely a Bear - I believe that the growth for the last few years has most definately been higher than the last 100 years. This said, are we to return to what is considered more 'normal' growth or zero growth or god forbid an actual decline in price back to the average growth.

I had a small chuckle the other day, when Kincella mentioned he used a 'modest' 10% growth figure for his projections. Whilst this may have been the case for the last 5 - 10 years, has this been modest over the past 100 years?? Remembering property is said to double in value every 10 years, I think this is a growth of 7%....

Time well tell - And until then the Bears and the Bulls be scrapping it out telling either side they wrong.
