Thanks for the update Brass. However, I don’t think it’s fair to point the finger at external lawyers. The issue with most of the U.K. brokers is not a legal one and is something the company should have been comfortable with itself (speaking to its registrar, the key U.K. brokers, IR, Nomad etc…)
