wait and see if there's an ANN, but it could be RRR selling a few to raise cash for its gold ventures.
following the Tshipi deal RRR will be a much smaller percentage holder here, as I don't think it will pick up any shares in the funding of Tshipi.
in effect, RRR's role in JMS's strategy is complete, having consolidated a number of stakes and brought Pallinghurst into the game. RRR's partnership with Pallinghurst was formally dissolved earlier this year, and it will be Pallinghurst and chums who will take JMS forward and get the Yilgarn into production.
apart from its current shareholding RRR has further interest in JMS via (1) a 1.5% royalty on Mt Hope/Mt Ida production, and (2) a bonus on Mt Alfred if a JORC is declared in excess of 10m tonnes of DSO.
RRR will want to gradually realise its stake in JMS as it moves into new projects of its own.
these disposals may currently be producing a bit of drag on the JMS sp, but once the Tshipi deal is complete and JMS is several times bigger then the JMS dynamics and sp should change significantly - hopefully in an upward direction !
