AGY have never done a complete hydrology, biodiversity and socio-cultural impact of its lithium project. not in its PEA dated 2018, anyway. the Supreme Court is demanding itSince its pilot plant & 2000tpa operation, it should have better data to base one on.

The Competent person, Duncan Storey, who signed off on AGY's independent water resources & hydrogeological statements in their PEA had not been to the site. it's called a "Preliminary economic assessment" for a reason. time for an updated & more definitive one, I would think.
