Well exactly the same argument can be applied to all the other treatments for aGVHD...
and many, many other life threatening illnesses.
Fortunately the FDA does it's best to evaluate and regulate the market to ensure safety AND effiicacy. But I do understand your motivation as an investor to want regulatory approval and a financial reward.
