If gillard changes any aspects of the tax because it was wrongly designed and not workable then at the same time she is announcing changes she will have no choice but to sack the Dullard deputy PM as this was designed and initiated by him not Rudd. Any change by gillard must be recorded as blatant incompetence by Swan or she will have no credibility at all. She can not claim a win without smashing Swan, cant wait.
Libs will win either way as they can towel swan up over this debacle and tell the aust public that he was actually promoted by a weak PM when anyone with a touch of common sense and business acumen knows he should have been sacked.
