At the end of the day if each team plays within the rules and abides by these rules and the umpires decisions then there should be no discussion or bones of contention. If there is, then the complaining team should call for a Royal Commission to change the contentious rule. End of story, Nah, might take the Poms a couple of hundred years to get over the convicts beating them.
