I disagree that you can assume something is factually correct.

For the last year the announcements have been in relation to an extension of the TIA including a specific date, however, this time there is no confirmation of an extension or specific date referenced.

Instead, the announcement states that the parties remain committed to the TIA and that the TIA remains valid until completion or cancellation.

Considering the BoD’s flexible nature in regards to disclosure, and the lack of clarity or definitive information provided in most instances, the wording used in this announcement could also be considered true because the TIA has not as yet been officially cancelled by CATH, and as such you could also assume that they are still committed due to this… although that doesn’t make it so.

Unfortunately, it may be the case that CATH have either expressed concern with what is occurring, or they are no longer willing to officially extend the TIA until the ownership issues or ML have been resolved.

So, whether you see this as a positive or negative, unfortunately all we can do is speculate as we do not have complete transparency of what is, and has been, occurring behind the scenes for over a year now.
