My own thoughts, latterly, have arrived at the position surrounding the general level of demand (HCS not requiring sufficient product these days, and so the need to find third party offtakers), and the possible willingness of 'the industry' to accept a higher Ta2O5 price given the negligible effect (we've decided!) on the price of the consumers' end products; we are probably in agreement.
Anyway, as you say, we are not privy to the innermost workings of Gippsland, let alone HCS et al.
But I'll tell you one thing: I now know why the Russians and then the Italians walked away from Abu Dabbab, all those years ago. Buckley's!
Having survived this long, I think I'll plod on for a bit longer.
