This was my experience with investment properties around the GFC. Plenty of GoodFellas telling me I was going to bankrupt myself. Best thing I ever did was buy up IPs during the GFC.
My parents did the same thing in the 80/90s. Aussie property has millions of people who aren't even residents yet dying to get in. Tiny Aussie population with billions of people overseas dreaming of coming here. Buy in doom
