Yes - otherwise it appears as if you are dismissing the aborigines as people - an opinion shared by the majority of the Australian population over the last 200 (or 300) years. This mining tax, for example. The argument goes that the "wealth" is owned by the crown/states. Aboriginal ownership is completely ignored. It is looked at as an afterthought only.
