    "just a guess but sounds the most logical wouldnt you say?"

    Well yes that would seem to be the most logical explanation why they have not taken up the option to buy the extra shares but then again compared with the the two other main shareholders the Radfords have never held a big number of shares in PPP.

    Perhaps they like their dosh a bit more liquid.
