I'm not a chartist but for the heck of it here is a chart - given the fundamentals appear improving with potentially lots of news flow the TA side of things may become more applicable - with the recent increase, the Fib Retracement on the hourly could be .75-.85 but still got room to go higher after this cooling off . Accumulation, MACD and On Balance Volume heading in the right direction - and RSI cooling after this pause - all in all TA looks promising - just need some more tangible results to keep the momentum going
