I don't see why MNB can't go it alone. They have just appointed three new members (see below) to get the phosphate project operational and once that is running and earning serious cash flow, what's to stop them getting someone else - a bigger name, if needed, to deliver the green ammonia? That would be a natural progression IMO. I still prefer the partner route though for reasons I gave earlier but I think the green ammonia project could easily attract someone with the right credentials to deliver that project without the need of a JV. An appointment with a strong track record can also make all the difference to how a project gets valued by the market. Someone like that can attract new investors, including institutional investors and then we could see the green ammonia project adding value through the sp. Either option suits me.
The new appointments announced last month (below) also derisk the company that probably was too reliant on Lindsay until recently.

• Asareh Mansoori – General Manager OperationsMs Mansoori is a mining engineer with 15 years’ experience within the Australianand International resource sector. She is the Company’s senior in-country manager(Angola), responsible for the development and operation of the CabindaPhosphate mine and processing plant. Asareh has specific experience in start upoperations and Middle Africa.
