If this announcement arrived in June as the company forecast, we would see all the finer details in this year's annual report, As you stated, the announcement was held up until this week, we won't see if these other costs are associated with Gemcorp funding until the 2024 report is released in 15-18 months time. What are the chances of 4 days making such a big difference to disclosure?

Anyway, It will be interesting to see if BMCG now converts at 8.5 cents or if they think the SP is going to fall lower, Or if they will wait for the term of their facility to expire with WKT returning the US$510k which remains outstanding.
I did love @Croc-file 's comments as to why BMCG didn't convert when they could of, a bit like your comments that BMCG wouldn't be able to convert below the floor price.
