I thought one hilarious thing during the press conference was that when Stokes was asked about the Starc catch by an Australian reporter. He said something like 'it was within the rules". No spirit of the game comment with that one.

Another hilarious one was from Cummin's press conference. A really stern pommy reporter said, what is it going to be mankad next or underarm bowling? Cummins replied with 'well it might have to be if they keep preparing these flat wickets'. He put it right back on them. 'Spirit of the game' comes in many forms, including preparing dud wickets to give the home side the advantage.

Problem for England has been their tactics with their batting has been exposed and their bowling has mostly been medium pace.

I guess things might change in this next game and we get a more normal balance in their bowling attack. It will be interesting to see what type of wicket they present.
