    Looking forward to having anyone mount a reasonable argument as to why the centre needed to be bought.

    How was the valuation arrived at etc.

    Why not go into partnership?

    Why take on the lease liability, overheads associated with running a practice that offers chiro?

    $2.6 mill in billings across 20 staff? Wouldn’t call that the most productive practice…
