    Anyone aware of listing rules?

    Or more precisely - reason to de-list a company from the ASX?

    FFX no longer conducts a "Mining and Exploration" business - since Morilla SA is the holding vehicle for "our only asset"

    Currently has no plans to acquire another project

    No revenue/turnover

    Just cash and shares as an asset

    Has not been trading on the ASX for 12 months

    Simply wondering
