It's a bit funny really. Not that long ago he did a presentation and specifically told any brokers in the room waiting for a cheap entry via a placement that it wasn't happening, it was ~200m shares ...That's it!
Aged well. Fast forward a few months and Bill is knocking on broker doors for cash, or as I'm sure he will spin it, they are knocking on his wanting a piece and he's making them beg.
