it may just be as boring as year end financials normally starts up around June. or clinical development plan in progress but not releasing until Sept Qtr.
to me a blackout period can only end with an announcement(s). Potentially overlapping with other price sensitive info. Really it could be indefinite if they have FTO and holding back as a trade secret.
