The first set of documents being;

~ 203D(2)
~ document in accordance to rule 6.1(o) of the Constitution of Firefinch, nomination of Peter Lougher and Gareth Edwards to be elected as Directors of Firefinch Limited

~ 2 x Consents to act as a Director of the Company,

were served in person to Scot Lowe by Franky1 today at around 2pm Perth time. In addition to the hard copies being served, an electronic copy of the same has also been sent to [email protected] and Michael Weir from Citadel Magnus, with Michael Weir confirming receiving the electronic copies.

The next document to be served is the one currently being signed, being the 249D

This will be followed with the final documents being served on Monday.

The ball has been smashed back over the net and is in the FFX court.

Shout out to all those that have offered / pledged supporting the actions of the group.
I will try and keep you up to date, but the sheer numbers are making it difficult to keep up.
