If you look at page 18 of the retail offering booklet and then look at the footnotes you can workout where 65 million of the 75 million shares that were issued in the placement were allocated. Another 25 million shares will be issued to Dag Stromme, if approved at the EGM .
I should also correct something I said before, as in my haste I misread the table, Thorney have only taken on a sub underwriting role and did not participate in the placement. They may end up with a position but only in the event that there is a shortfall with the rights offering.
