Depends on the date range. AFS was released in Nov which most likely means Octobers data was not used and they most likely would've used 12 month average or something similar.
Tbh I could see Capex rising with this gas deal being tacked on. Only a small probability of a decline imo(HPA gets left out or something). Opex will drop but I wouldn't hold my breath on Capex.
