For me the issue wasn't so much the TO, we were obviously still exploring the tenement at our cost mind you beyond the $5m agreed spend & NME was never in a position to go with us. Never will be if I have to be upfront, evidence suggest the company is no where near savvy enough to meet market capabilities.

NME had no funds to contribute for many many months, what they did have they wasted. Failed to even attempt any CR prior so MCT was screwed before the JV even transitioned. Lets not forget the amount of debt they carried, they never paid directors for a decade....

There was never going to be any JV that we hoped for it seems, anterior motives at play it seems.
