I would expect a couple of million a year deal, Merial was willing to pay around 3m/year for 7 years, this should be the baseline used. I just hope they don't sign something that says exclusive and confidential on trial status. The deal with Merial was an ugly one, it made you buy/sell shares based on what you felt.
