You have missed the point. PNR is now struggling with pretty much everything. The brand new plant and well endowed ground would be better in the hands of an experienced outfit with lots of cash and skills.
PNR has dropped the ball. The ball bounced onto a busy road, rolled along the gutter and down the drain to the poo treatment plant.
