At the moment they have only spent $1.1Mil give or take so haven't thrown 4-5Mil away yet. Maybe they wanted to keep as much cash in the bank to make this upcoming 2Q announcement look as good as it can, now we are into 3Q they can start buying a bit more aggressively with the excess cash? not showing that ATM but who knows. My concern is the radio silence which i would like to think is pre-sale or JV announcement, but if that was in fact the case wouldn't they be putting a 100Mil order on and grabbing as much as they can?
