Colby " give me 6-9 months to get some value, I got my performance shares.

SN to senior engineer " make sure Little Johnny the intern screws up the licensing application, we cant have gas flowing before TPD have spun out Mongolia.

SN to procurement "You know those parts that have a 6 month lead time, just wait another 6 months before you order them just in case Little Johnny doesnt stuff up enough.

SN to board "We have plenty of cash, drag this out a year and we will get TPD bargain basement cheap.
