Ive read the Calma-Langton Report. It was a difficult task for me because of the waffle and public service jargon. My conclusion? They were trying to justify the creation of another level of bureaucracy.
Reading Renewed's above post I thought "Yes. That's what we have now." Then I realised that it was describing what we would have with a Voice.
The obvious question to the current Minister for Aboriginal Affairs is If she knows there are problems with Health, Education, etc., then why hasnt she done anything to deal with them since coming to office? Or has she simply sat on her backside planning the Voice? Does she have a plan for if its No to the Voice ? (simply saying That's Hypothetical is a cop-out).
